Sferic Live makes fully-integrated camera plus weather data network accessible to media customers across the world
Germantown, MD - June 21, 2017 - Earth Networks, a leading global provider of hyper-local weather intelligence to broadcast affiliates today announced a partnership with earthTV to create Sferic Live, a new weather and video content service for broadcasters that combines the world’s largest camera network with data from Earth Networks real-time weather observation network. The announcement was made ahead of the AMS 45th Conference on Broadcast Meteorology, an annual conference focused on industry innovations in broadcast meteorology.

The cooperation with earthTV expands Earth Networks camera network globally and integrates earthTV’s market-leading video distribution technology to provide high-resolution video to multiple endpoints.
